RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Baby Glow. We want you and your little one(s) to love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Standard Returns (Unused Products, Gift Returns)

Return Window: You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all labels/tags intact. For used and opened products, please see our Worry-Free Guarantee section.

Refusal Right: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use, missing tags, or packaging damage.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@mybabyglow.com with your:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Reason for Return

Note: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@mybabyglow.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

If deemed defective, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund upon receipt and verification.

Non-Returnable Items & Exchanges

Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products cannot be returned.
